Periodic inspection and pressure testing to BS EN 18119:2018 and all our inspectors have many years of industry experience in all different cylinders, not just fire suppression.
Full test of water lined cylinders including liner integrity, so you know the cylinder is going to last another 10 years' service.
We have fully calibrated equipment on site for all our processes to UKAS Standard 17025.
Filling and leak testing of various mixtures and gases on site in our own filling station.
With food grade gases and vacuum filled where required to keep moisture content down.
All our cylinders are analysed to check our mixtures make your requirements.
Full on-site certification of all our cylinders supplied with full traceability of each cylinder or full batch.

We can provide a variety of services tailored to our customers need. These include

Cylinder Testing

Cylinder testing availability is largely dictated by the urgency and quantity of cylinders required by the customer. We have in stock large quantities of ready tested and fully refurbished cylinders that we classify as "fast moving". This obviously further improves our supply capability.

Service Exchange

This is our most popular service as it gives our customers piece of mind that we deliver replacement cylinders on the day required and the cylinders are exchanged “while you wait” meaning the end user is without cover for as short a time as possible.

We are also able to deliver cylinders to site for your engineers to carry out the exchange to suit you and your end user. We can then arrange the collection of the removed cylinders at a date and time to suit you.

While you wait

We have the ability to fill cylinders, subject to being within the 10 year test period, while your engineers wait. This often mean that your end user will only be without fire cover for as long as it takes for you to bring the cylinders to us, refill and return to site.

If you require this service, please ensure you contact us prior to arrival so we can plan the production to ensure your engineers are waiting for as short a time as possible.

New installations

We also hold a stock of cylinders which can be used for new installations. The prices of this service can vary so please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Environmental reprocessing

We are able to offer a transport only service to collect and reprocess cylinders no longer required. We can provide a certificate of reprocessing if required by the end user.
